About this project

About this project

Guition's JC3248W535 gives this desk panel a 3.5-inch 320x480 capacitive screen, an ESP32-S3, 16 MB of flash and 8 MB of PSRAM. Tiles sit in half-cell steps and either read Home Assistant entities over the local WebSocket API or show PC metrics pushed by a companion app over UDP 4210, with commands returning on 4211. Pages, themes, WiFi and firmware are all configured from a web portal the device serves; settings stay on the device and no account or cloud is involved. Bambu Lab printer pages are opt-in and reach up to two printers over MQTT with TLS on port 8883. An optional single-colour status LED sits on a free GPIO, 17 by default. PlatformIO builds the single environment, and a long press edits a page directly on the screen.
