WLED CLOCK PCB / ESP32 APPLICATION
Led Clock AIO
WLED-powered LED clock on a single 100x33mm PCB. USB-C, no extra modules, no wire spaghetti. Based on the ledclock project by @imeszaros.

About this project
About this project
A seven-segment clock reduced to one hand-solderable PCB measuring 99.74x33.2mm, deliberately kept under 100mm because fabs charge extra past that. It is the ledclock design by imeszaros, powered by WLED, with no extra modules and no wires inside the case; USB-C is the only cable. The LED count runs past 50, and a stencil for the front is strongly recommended since hand-soldering them one at a time is possible but painful. A photoresistive sensor must sit 5–7 mm above the top layer so it pokes through the case, and the 1000 µF C3 capacitor has to be mounted horizontally to fit. Firmware is flashed from a web tool after installing the CH340 driver, and colours and effects are set from the WLED phone app. Case files are in CaseModel; segment covers print in transparent filament at 20–30% infill.
