About this project

About this project

Two 1080p firmwares for a Wireless-Tag WT9932P4-TINY ESP32-P4, both run with no GPU and a single USB-C cable to the PC, where the chip appears as a UVC webcam and as a network card serving a control page. NEÓN is a neon racing game rendered entirely on-chip, measured at 24 fps: core 1 draws a 960×540 frame per pixel in C, the PPA scales it ×2, the JPEG encoder feeds the webcam, and core 0 handles physics and the controls WebSocket. BIOMA is a wallpaper of 200,000 Physarum agents that evolves by itself, judging frames by how large their JPEG comes out, at 13–14 fps. The write-up spends most of its space on measurements: never write frames into PSRAM from the CPU, replace per-pixel math with tables, and seed a xorshift instead of calling esp_random.
