A desk-side status screen for a fnOS NAS: CPU, memory, capacity, throughput and temperature on one overview, with bottom navigation into storage, network, system, temperature and alerts — six pages in all, swiped sideways. The board is the Waveshare ESP32-P4-WIFI6-Touch-LCD-7B, a 7-inch 1024×600 MIPI-DSI panel with EK79007 / GT911 touch; wireless comes from an on-board ESP32-C6 over ESP-Hosted SDIO. On the NAS you install a fnOS app package (it needs python312, telemetry port 8798 by default), then pair on the screen with a six-digit code and compare the certificate SHA-256 fingerprint segment by segment. Firmware builds with ESP-IDF 5.5.3 for esp32p4. Stale, missing, permission-denied and offline data are each shown differently rather than passed off as healthy.
